About me
With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’m passionate about helping women feel stronger, fitter and more confident at every stage of life. As a women’s health coach specialising in small group training, my focus is on helping women train more effectively to support strength, energy, longevity and ageing well. I believe fitness should empower you, not overwhelm you, which is why I love bringing together like-minded women in a supportive environment where they can build strength, improve fitness levels and push beyond what they thought was possible. Together, we create a space that is motivating, uplifting and focused on real, lasting results.

6.30am Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (subject to holidays)

Can’t make a session live? Every workout is recorded and available on catch up whenever you need it.
