Booking Confirmation:A booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received. Enquiries or expressions of interest do not guarantee a place until payment is made.

Deposits:All deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another available retreat date within 12 months of the original booking, subject to availability. Deposits are only transferrable once.

Final Payment:The balance of your retreat fee is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date. We will send reminders leading up to your payment deadline.If you receive a final payment reminder after failure to pay your invoice, you have 48 hours to make your payment before your retreat space is cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable in this circumstance.

Flight & Travel Arrangements:Guests are responsible for arranging and managing their own travel. We do not take responsibility for any travel costs, cancellations, or changes, and recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation & Date Changes:If you need to change dates after booking, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if requested outside of the 30 day no-cancellations window. If we're unable to confirm your preferred date, your deposit will be held as credit for a future retreat within 12 months. Deposits remain refundable or transferable up until the final payment has been received. Once the final balance is paid (60 days prior to the retreat start date), all payments become non-refundable. At this stage, your deposit is no longer transferable, and 25% of the total booking cost will be retained in the event of cancellation.

Cancellations Within 30 Days:All booking cancellations within 30 days of the arrival date of the retreat are non-refundable and only transferrable in exceptional circumstances, as deemed so by the Retreats & Events Management Team. We reserve the right to change retreat dates or details in the rare event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund of any payments made towards your retreat.

Guest Responsibility:It is your responsibility to read and understand this booking policy before confirming your place. By paying your deposit, you agree to these terms. By booking a retreat with us, you agree to assume full responsibility for your personal travel arrangements and health. We accept no liability for loss, damage, or expense resulting from delays, changes, cancellations, or health-related issues.

How to Cancel:All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to retreats@rwl.fitness. The date of receipt of the written cancellation will be considered the cancellation date.

Refund Processing:Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with the current” The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations” all passengers booking with Results Wellness Lifestyle Ltd are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form. The policy will also include repatriation if required, arisingfrom the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Results Wellness Lifestyle Ltd. This Policy is issued by Evolution Insurance Company Limited which is registered in Gibraltar No. 88737 with a registered office at 5/5 Crutchett’s Ramp, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.

Evolution Insurance Company Limited is authorised andregulated by the Financial Services Commission in Gibraltar and authorised and subject to limited regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK. Details about the extent of our authorisation and regulation by the FCA areavailable from us on request. In the unlikely event of Insolvency of Results Wellness Lifestyle Ltd please follow the procedures below: Claims should be submitted in writing within 14 days of the Administration order or Results Wellness Lifestyle Ltd declared insolvent supported by documented evidence quantifying the value of the claim. ‍Policy exclusions:This policy will not cover anymonies paid back to you by your Travel Insurance or any losses which are recoverable under another insurance or bond (with the exception of Credit and Debit card). This policy will also not cover any loss sustained by Passenger(s) booked on a flight-inclusive package sold and commencing within the United Kingdom. *Policy Period covers bookings made within the dates specified regardless of date of travel.
