1. Booking Confirmation

All deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another available retreat date within 12 months of the original booking, subject to availability.
3. Final Payment
The balance of your retreat fee is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date. We will send reminders leading up to your payment deadline.
4. Flight & Travel Arrangements
Guests are responsible for arranging and managing their own travel. We do not take responsibility for any travel costs, cancellations, or changes, and recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
5. Cancellation & Date Changes
If you need to change dates after booking, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If we're unable to confirm your preferred date, your deposit will be held as credit for a future retreat within 12 months.
We reserve the right to change retreat dates or details in the rare event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund of any payments made towards your retreat.
6. Guest Responsibility
It is your responsibility to read and understand this booking policy before confirming your place. By paying your deposit, you agree to these terms.
By booking a retreat with us, you agree to assume full responsibility for your personal travel arrangements and health. We accept no liability for loss, damage, or expense resulting from delays, changes, cancellations, or health-related issues.
