Both programmes provide personalised 1:1 coaching. The difference is how long we have to work together, and how far we can take the strategy.
Six weeks gives you the structure to start changing.
Three months gives us the time to build, refine and consolidate those changes.
As women, life gets busy and your health often comes last. My coaching is designed to help you prioritise yourself again - with expert guidance, accountability, and a training approach that works with your body, not against it.
I specialise in strength and resistance training, which I believe is the foundation for long-term fat loss, improved body composition and confidence at any stage of life. With a background in rehabilitation training, I can safely adapt your programme around injuries or limitations while still getting you real results.
