RWL was created to give women something different - a fitness space that feels supportive, empowering and genuinely achievable. Founded in 2013 by Lucy Mecklenburgh and Cecilia Harris, RWL began as a small community built on expert coaching, real results and genuine connection. Today, it has grown into one of the UK’s leading wellness platforms for women.
Our award-winning app brings together world-class trainers, personalised plans, nutrition support and community motivation to help you build strength, confidence and long-lasting healthy habits.
To elevate that experience, the RWL Shop offers beautifully designed equipment, activewear and wellness products that make training at home feel effortless and enjoyable. Every product is hand-selected with purpose: to help you feel comfortable, confident and capable every time you move.

Driven by community
RWL was founded in 2013 by Lucy Mecklenburgh and Cecilia Harris with one simple mission: to create a wellness space where women feel supported, empowered and truly seen. What began as two women sharing expert coaching and honest conversations has grown into a powerful community of hundreds of thousands - women of all ages, all abilities and all backgrounds, coming together through health, fitness and self-belief.
Over the years, this community has become the heart of RWL. Together we’ve trained, learned, overcome challenges and celebrated real wins - both big and small. And what started online has now become something even more meaningful.
Our Mission
Through our in-person events and retreats across England and Portugal, we bring women together in the most inspiring settings. From strength-building sessions on the beach to sunrise Pilates, mindset workshops, delicious shared meals and unforgettable moments of connection, our events are designed to help women step away from everyday pressures and reconnect with themselves — and with each other.
