Guests are responsible for arranging and managing their own travel. We do not take responsibility for any travel costs, cancellations, or changes, and recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
5. Cancellation & Date Changes
If you need to change dates after booking, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If we're unable to confirm your preferred date, your deposit will be held as credit for a future retreat within 12 months.
We reserve the right to change retreat dates or details in the rare event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund of any payments made towards your retreat.
