Your retreat begins with a full day of feel-good fitness, with classes taking place across two rooms and sessions led by three of RWL's most popular PTs. Whether you're ready to get your heart rate up, challenge yourself or simply enjoy moving your body alongside other women, there'll be plenty to get involved in.

Between sessions, our dedicated networking and wellbeing space will be open for you to browse, connect with other guests, shop and take part in small-group nutrition talks.And because no RWL event is complete without delicious food, you'll be looked after with lunch and snacks throughout the day.

You can spend the afternoon exploring the beautiful grounds, following one of the steady-paced walking routes, enjoying the scenery or simply taking some well-earned time to yourself.You'll also have access to the hotel's spa, with the option to book treatments directly with the spa team if you'd like to make your retreat feel even more indulgent.And if you fancy venturing a little further afield, the beautiful historic town of Market Bosworth is right on the doorstep.

At 6.30pm, we'll come together again for drinks before sitting down to dinner at 7pm. You'll enjoy a private three-course dinner in a dedicated banquet room exclusively for RWL retreat guests - the perfect setting to relax, chat and get to know the women you've spent the day moving alongside.Enjoy breakfast in the hotel restaurant at a time that suits you, take a final stroll around the grounds, make the most of the spa or simply enjoy a slower morning before we come together for a final goodbye.We'll host our RWL goodbye meeting at 10am, giving us one last opportunity to connect before you head home.You'll leave with that lovely post-retreat feeling - tired in the best possible way, full of good food, happy memories and hopefully a few new friendships too.

WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR?

RWL events and retreats are open to women aged 18+.This particular retreat is also suitable for pregnant and postpartum women, making it a wonderful opportunity to enjoy movement, connection and time away in a supportive environment.

T&Cs:Event deposits are non-refundable & not transferrable to another event or retreat.Payment breakdown:

• £100 deposit per person required to secure booking
• £150 interim payment per person required by 30th November 2026 (at this time, this is non-refundable in line with the booking terms agreed between RWL & Bosworth Hall.
• Final payment due 13th January 2026 (60 days before arrival).

Any payment can be split on 3 using Klarna when you are at the checkout page. Any discount codes used are valid only once, and not in conjunction with any other discount codes. 1 discount code per booking. In exceptional circumstances, as deemed by the RWL Retreats & Events Manager, a partial refund may be available up to 45 days before the event. Strictly no refunds or consideration after this point. 

Included in the ticket price is the hotels standard twin bedrooms (2 guests to share) or double bedroom (single bedroom option). If you'd like to treat yourself to a little more luxury, room upgrades to suites may be available - email us on retreats@rwl.fitness after booking for a quote. All communications regarding the retreat, including hotel information and enquiries, should come through RWL only to the email specified above.

Free on-site parking is included in your stay.All guests will be checked in by the RWL team at 3pm when the fitness day event finishes. Check out is 11am.Guests can also discuss with us adding on the Friday night if they wish to make the stay a 2-night stay, but RWL will not be on-site to support. The hotel team will check you in for the first night.
